The playing experience
Choose a tee length that suits your usual game, rather than automatically playing the back markers. Protect the approach angle, leave room for a conservative lay-up and ask your caddie where a missed shot is easiest to recover. For mixed handicaps, different tees can make the same round more enjoyable for everyone.
Pineapple Valley Golf Club Hua Hin opened in 2009 as Banyan Golf Club, designed by Pirapon Namatra of Golf East Design — often described as one of Thailand’s leading golf course architects. In March 2024, the club rebranded to Pineapple Valley, honoring the land’s history as a working pineapple plantation, a theme that’s now woven through the property’s imagery and identity.
The course itself is a hilly championship layout built on former farmland, with real elevation change, mountain and Gulf of Thailand sea views, and strategic bunkering that has made it one of the most decorated modern courses in Thailand. In the past decade it’s collected more than 60 awards, including a place on Rolex’s “Top 1,000 Courses in the World,” “Best New Course in Asia Pacific” (2009), “Best Golf Club Experience in Asia Pacific,” and Golfasian’s “Best Golf Course in Thailand 2023” — a title decided by a survey of 15,000 golfers.
That reputation has attracted a genuinely international clientele: the club counts around 285 members, hosts more than 45,000 rounds a year, and roughly 70% of its golfers come from overseas. Notable visitors have included Ryder Cup captain Darren Clarke, tennis champion Rafael Nadal, and F1 driver Alex Albon — a roster that says a lot about the course’s international standing.

Before you play
Caddie required. A tip is separate unless your confirmed quotation explicitly includes it.
Tell us your preferred tee time, handicap range and any rental requirements. For a larger group, we can discuss consecutive tee times rather than assuming everyone can play in one flight.
Getting there
Your hotel location matters as much as the destination name. Share the exact pickup point so we can allow for city traffic and the time needed to warm up before your round.
