Palm Hills Golf Resort and Country Club opened in 1992, designed by Max Wexler, and holds the distinction of being the first international-standard golf course built in the Hua Hin area — a genuine piece of the region’s golf history. It sits between Hua Hin and Cha-Am, close enough to Hua Hin Airport that it’s one of the most convenient courses in the region for golfers on a tight schedule.
The layout leans into a links-style, Scottish character — undulating fairways lined with palms, frangipani, and bougainvillea on the lower holes, climbing into a mountainous back nine with views over the Gulf of Thailand. That combination of accessible lowland golf and a scenic, testing back nine has kept Palm Hills relevant even as newer, flashier courses have opened around it.
Its historical significance goes beyond just being first — Palm Hills hosted the inaugural Thailand World Pro-Am in 1993, cementing its place in the competitive history of Thai golf. The signature 11th hole, a long uphill par 3, is one of the most talked-about single holes in the Hua Hin area.

Tell us your preferred tee time, handicap range and any rental requirements. For a larger group, we can discuss consecutive tee times rather than assuming everyone can play in one flight.
