Gassan Panorama opened in 2006 as Gassan Marina Golf Club, taking its original name from its setting beside a large lake, before rebranding as Gassan Panorama in 2017. It’s the second stop on what Golf N Golf calls the Gassan Trail, sitting alongside sister courses Gassan Legacy and Gassan Khuntan under the same ownership group in the Chiang Mai-Lamphun area.
What sets Panorama apart is its routing: there are no par-5s anywhere on the course, which is unusual for an 18-hole layout, but that gap is more than made up for by a genuine rarity — a 666-yard par-6, one of very few holes of its kind in Thailand. The course wraps around a large lake, with Doi Khuntan mountain forming a dramatic backdrop across much of the round, and the clubhouse itself is a statement piece — a roughly 10,000-square-metre building in an Arabian-inspired architectural style that stands out from the typical Thai golf clubhouse.
While a documented tournament history wasn’t found for Panorama specifically, the combination of an unusual par structure, a genuine landmark hole, and the lake-and-mountain scenery makes it one of the more memorable rounds in the Gassan group — a strong middle stop on a multi-day Gassan Trail visit.

Caddie required. A tip is separate unless your confirmed quotation explicitly includes it.
Tell us your preferred tee time, handicap range and any rental requirements. For a larger group, we can discuss consecutive tee times rather than assuming everyone can play in one flight.
Getting there
Your hotel location matters as much as the destination name. Share the exact pickup point so we can allow for city traffic and the time needed to warm up before your round.
